2.Protected from excessive impact and collision.Due to the tank in the high vacuum state,outer tank will be under the effect of atmospheric pressure around outside.So the container will be changed in physical shape under excessive impact and collision.If the evaporation performance is unchanged after impact and collision,the containers are still could be used.If the evaporation performance is deterioration, the container cannot be repaired.
3. Check the weight of the container regularly,in order to know how much liquid nitrogen can be used in the container.When the amount of liquid nitrogen is reduced to 1/3 of the total capacity, the liquid nitrogen need be added to avoid the dead of storage items.
4. It is found that there is a sweating phenomenon around the neck or a white frost of the container,which means that the vacuum of the container has deteriorated and cannot be used.
5. Washing and drying of containers:
In the process of using liquid nitrogen containers,the tank will gradually accumulated water, mixing bacteria and reproduction.These things will mix with liquid nitrogen and can cause considerable corrosion of bladder.Meanwhile miscellaneous bacterium breeding will lower semen fertilization rate.Therefore,it is best to wash the liquid nitrogen container 1-2 times per year.The washing method is as follows:
(1)Take out the canisters from the container ans place two days,the temperature of container will rise to 0 ° C.
(2) Pour 40-50 ° C warm water into the inner pot, then scrub with a cloth.
(3) Rinse with water.
(4) Invert containers to dry them, which can be dried by natural or hot air.If use hot air,its temperature should be limited between 40 to 50 ° C and should avoid more than 60 ° C hot air.
